Group Vice President, Applications Development
A senior executive in Oracle's Application Development division, in his role as group vice president of application development, Gary is responsible for the worldwide product strategy and customer success of Oracle's JD Edwards EnterpriseOne and JD Edwards World products. Also responsible for Oracle Cloud ERP Advanced Industries product strategy and development, including solutions for the US federal and energy industries.
Gary has been with Oracle and JD Edwards since 2001, holding various product strategy, product management and development management roles related to the JD Edwards product line and Oracle applications. He played a key role in the evolution of the JD Edwards EnterpriseOne product into a complete suite of ERP, modern technology and cloud-ready platform that continues to enjoy one of the highest customer satisfaction scores across the entire Oracle product portfolio.
Paul Houtkooper
Vice President, JD Edwards Product Development
Paul leads the product development group for JD Edwards EnterpriseOne and JD Edwards World, responsible for worldwide development, quality assurance, content engineering and product management. He has been with JD Edwards for 25 years. He started his career in the manufacturing application development team.
It has teams focused on developing high-quality customer-facing product enhancements, leveraging EnterpriseOne 9.2 on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, and ensuring that JD Edwards customers can capitalize on Oracle's cloud investments.
Jon Green
Senior Director, JD Edwards Product Support
Jon leads the worldwide support organization for JD Edwards EnterpriseOne and World. He has been with JD Edwards for over 20 years, leading a variety of teams on applications and tools. Its team strives to provide world-class support to our customers and partners as they move forward with their JD Edwards products.
Recently, Jon's teams have focused on OCI adoption for JDE clients and Release 23 adoption.
Ward Quarles
Senior Director, Product Strategy
Senior Director of Product Strategy, Ward is responsible for JD Edwards product management, customer engagement, partner management and Oracle sales support. His team develops and communicates strategic content that supports customer adoption of new products through social media, events and executive messaging.
Ward also shares how Oracle is transforming business applications and platforms with technologies that enable digital transformation, including its journey to the cloud.
AJ Schifano
Senior Principal Product Manager
With over 38 years of experience in the IT industry, including 25 years on the JD Edwards product development team, AJ's career spans technical writing and editing, consulting management, content management systems and product management.
In his current role as product manager, AJ is responsible for the JD Edwards EnterpriseOne digital platform, including the orchestrator, notifications, workflow, and extensibility features.
