Much is said about Artificial Intelligence, but little is said about the <\/span>royal road<\/b> so that it generates results for companies.<\/span><\/p>\n

Today, leaders from all sectors are being pressured to \"do something with AI\".<\/span>
\n<\/span>But without a clear understanding of how this technology works... and, above all, <\/span>where it can really help<\/b>The risk of investing without a return is high.<\/span><\/p>\n

And unfortunately, we've seen this happen all too often:<\/span>
\n<\/span>AI projects that are born out of hype, without strategic clarity, end up stalling for lack of direction.<\/span><\/p>\n

The problem: business areas are not prepared to talk to AI<\/b><\/h3>\n

Most of the bottlenecks are <\/span>outside of IT<\/b>.<\/span>
\n<\/span>It's in the areas that could benefit most from AI: customer service, sales, operations, legal, HR, supply chain.<\/span><\/p>\n

These areas usually <\/span>were not literate in AI<\/b>.<\/span>
\n<\/span>In other words, they don't know how this technology works, what to expect from it or how to talk to the technical teams about their real pains.<\/span><\/p>\n

The result?<\/span>
\n<\/span>Scattered projects, poor prioritization and a lot of misdirected effort.<\/span><\/p>\n

The solution starts with clarity, not technology<\/b><\/h3>\n

Who is already applying: PLL Group and Castrolanda<\/span><\/h2>\n

e have recently started implementing <\/span>PLL Group<\/b>, which operates in the technology and services sector, and with <\/span>Castrolanda<\/b>, one of the largest agro-industrial cooperatives in the country.<\/span><\/p>\n
