Last month we had the National Day for the Prevention of Accidents at Work.
For anyone who has ever visited a factory, you must have noticed a sign indicating the number of days without accidents.
The purpose of disclosing this information is to encourage employees to continue to follow the rules and procedures established by the company, minimizing the risk of accidents. In addition to expressing to society the perception of concern for safety.
At MPL, Support-fix is our support service for JD Edwards ERP users, tailor-made to meet the needs of each client.
And in it, we also have our “accidents” board based on the responses to the satisfaction surveys sent at the end of each call. The “accident” is any negative response to the submitted survey.
We have constant monitoring and, with the same seriousness that would be given to a work accident, we investigate the cause of each dissatisfaction, promote the necessary adjustments to the conduct and to our service process.
Our main objective is not to have an immaculate plate, but to understand more and more the specifics of each of our customers, promoting the highest level of satisfaction possible.
But we are also proud of our record of more than 365 days without any “accidents”, and why not?
