19 Sep Once again, Oracle recognizes MPL as an innovative partner, committed to offering the best for our customers

MPL won the Innovation award at #OracleCloud for Latin America, with a 1TP7ArtificialIntelligence project to improve the customer service experience for cooperative members, and clients from @CooperativaIntegrada.

We thank @Emerson Zanoti and the Cooperative for investing in the innovation and modernization of their Digital Assistant, IRIS.

Through Artificial intelligence using computer vision, IRIS identifies the pet's breed from the photo and recommends the ideal feed sold by the Cooperative, taking into account the specific characteristics of the animal and the composition of the feed.

In addition, we provide a calculator to suggest the ideal daily amount of food for the client's PET, ensuring balanced and healthy nutrition.

If the customer chooses to purchase in a physical store, we generate a list of the closest establishments that sell the recommended food, based on the zip code provided by the customer.

We also developed an administration panel, so that the business area has the flexibility to change product information, without the need to change the Digital Assistant.

In addition to creativity and investment in innovation, the project relied on several technologies that enabled the project's success: Oracle Digital Assistant, OCI Vision, Oracle APEX, Oracle Function and Oracle Autonomous Database.

This also shows the potential of our portfolio of services for developing solutions end-to-end, for our clients.
