MPL ganhou o prêmio de Innovation na #OracleCloud para a América Latina, com um projeto de #InteligênciaArtificial para aprimorar a experiência de atendimento dos cooperados e clients da @CooperativaIntegrada.

We thank @Emerson Zanoti and the Cooperative for investing in the innovation and modernization of their Digital Assistant, IRIS.

Através de Artificial intelligence de visão computacional, a IRIS identifica a raça do Pet, através da foto, e recomenda a ração ideal comercializada pela Cooperativa, levando em conta as características específicas do animal e a composição da ração.

In addition, we provide a calculator to suggest the ideal daily amount of food for the client's PET, ensuring balanced and healthy nutrition.

If the customer chooses to purchase in a physical store, we generate a list of the closest establishments that sell the recommended food, based on the zip code provided by the customer.

We also developed an administration panel, so that the business area has the flexibility to change product information, without the need to change the Digital Assistant.

In addition to creativity and investment in innovation, the project relied on several technologies that enabled the project's success: Oracle Digital Assistant, OCI Vision, Oracle APEX, Oracle Function and Oracle Autonomous Database.
