With the aim of increasing the added value of TEC fixing bracket, the MPL has developed tools to facilitate the administration of the JD Edwards Environment by the IT team - whether ours or the client's.
The tools work together with some standard resources that the JD Edwards system provides, such as: Orchestration and the Server Manager API.
With you, the new features available:
• HTML Server Java Memory Monitoring;
• Instance Monitoring (HTML Server and Enterprise);
• Server cache cleaning.
With regard to the first two, in addition to constant monitoring, identifying any exceptions to the pre-established parameters, the new solutions perform actions automatically, guaranteeing the availability of the service for as long as possible and simultaneously alerting the IT team so that an analysis of the incident can be carried out.
Thus, in addition to improving the stability of the environment, there is a reduction in cost, as part of the action that would be performed manually is now done automatically by the tool.
Cache Clearing is a new feature developed to give the user more autonomy and reduce dependence on the CNC. This action is necessary for some JD Edwards changes, such as changes to menus or UDCs, so they will be immediately available to the end user, without the intervention of a specialized professional.
