The benefits of the Oracle JD Edwards Watchlist in a practical way.
Watchlists are a collection of items made available by Oracle starting with version 9.2.0.2 of the Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne System Tools.
These “lists” match the criteria that you or another user or administrator has configured.
You create Watchlists of information and tasks that you want to easily track.
These Watchlists appear in the JD Edwards EnterpriseOne menu bar so you don't have to go to individual applications to look for pertinent data.
Watchlists are also useful for tracking information like batches in error, purchase orders that need your approval, customers exceeding their credit limit, and more.
Anything important to your organization and your job responsibilities can become a query and then a watch list.
