With Integration Insight it will be possible to collect, store, visualize in dashboards and generate reports on business metrics in real time from the definition of milestones and indicators.

Example: Monitoring the entire order cycle

An order process starts with an “Order Received” milestone, which provides metrics for an order, such as number of items, expected delivery date, city, and delivery address. Each order step is represented by a standard milestone (e.g. “Order shipped”) or error milestone (Payment declined) and completed with a checkout milestone (“Order completed”) or a checkout in error (“Order returned” ).

You will be able to create a model to analyze delivery delays for certain regions and identify milestones that could be the cause of the problem.

In addition to Integration Insight, you can monitor the status of your integrations and configure to receive notifications in case of an error.
