Persist or Innovate – Which way to go?
Persist or innovate seem to be opposite choices that we need to make every day, whether personally or in business.
Persisting on the same path without understanding what is being done and what goals are being hit is like continuing to walk to a place without being quite sure that this is the right path.
In the same way, innovating without having a strategic plan and without understanding where to fit the innovation can lead to danger and instability for your business.
But when we talk about management, what is more worthwhile then? Persist on a strategy or innovate?
In our view, innovating and persisting are not different things, but the same thing seen in two different ways. They are the two sides of the same coin. It is only possible to persist by looking for better ways to do the same thing.
Ever notice how the square on the right looks bigger than the one on the left, which is the same size?
We see how Information technology serves as a formidable inducer for innovation, such as individual passenger transport, now revamped by UBER. Innovation requires everyone to seek service improvement to persist. See how the two things go together?
This is also true for MPL Corporate Software. Since 1985, we have helped our clients to use Information Technology as a tool to innovate their processes, advance their goals and manage their businesses. This demands better services and processes from us all the time, leading to constant knowledge updates for our team.
Oracle Awards:
A proof of this is the award we received from Oracle for the result we obtained in the fiscal year that ended in May. The “Outstanding Partner Performance Award – FY15 Best Partner – ERP & SaaS”. That's the MPL way of doing things. Let's innovate and persist.
