Of course it is!
But, some things, they need to accept:
1) It is impossible to be everywhere all the time. Above all, you have to be okay with your choices;
2) Don't charge yourself so much. Balancing both sides of the scale is difficult. There will be times where the professional side will speak louder and others where children will be the priority;
3) Abandon the feeling of guilt. Being with the kids thinking about work or being at work thinking you should be with the kids is the right recipe for not doing either of the two activities the right way;
4) Finally, share tasks with your partner, partner, family and friends. Life is so much easier this way.
