People who, among other functions, work to facilitate processes, teach how to handle electronic equipment, software and systems that are part of the daily lives of many.

To allow and enable remote work, which is increasingly a reality, these professionals are put to the test and are extremely important for any sector of society, keeping us connected and making technology increasingly present in our daily lives.
